A Legal Disclaimer

1. Bookings

● All bookings are subject to availability.

● A booking is confirmed once you receive written/email confirmation from ARD

CLEAN.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

● Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

● Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge.

3. Access to Property

● Customers must ensure safe access to the property at the agreed date and time.

● If our team cannot gain access, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation.

4. Payments

● Payment is due on completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

● Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, Cash, or Invoice (for businesses).

5. Customer Responsibilities

● Customers should remove valuables or fragile items from areas to be cleaned.

● ARD CLEAN is not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or items.

6. Liability

● ARD CLEAN is fully insured.

● While we take the utmost care, we are not liable for items not disclosed as fragile or

in poor condition.

7. Complaints

● Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of the clean.

● We will arrange a revisit or discuss a fair resolution where appropriate.

8. Data Protection

● All customer information is handled in line with GDPR.

● Your details will only be used for booking and service-related communication.
